Hi, I'm Lucy and I have spent much of my adult life with food intolerances. I became lactose intolerant in my 20s, gluten free in my 30s and intolerant to almonds in my 40s. I’ve done many elimination diets trying to address my food related issues. I have been vegetarian for many of my adult years and I have been vegan since 2021.

When my kids came along I found they also had some issues with food and I spent a lot of time trying to work out what was causing their tummy pains. I began researching recipes and preparing meals from basic, clean ingredients to ensure they got the best quality food.

​My passion for cooking then led me to become a personal cook and I have been preparing home made meals for families in their homes since 2016.

​

​Eating out can be challenging for me and finding yummy treats that are vegan, gluten free and free from almonds is almost impossible, so I’ve made it my mission to create delicious, allergy friendly cupcakes  that I can eat and share with others. These cupcakes cater to various dietary needs and, when available, include organic ingredients. Everyone deserves to indulge in a delicious cupcake, regardless of their dietary restrictions.
